Flexible Hours, Core Overlap
Core office hours are 10–3 PST. Outside of that, work where and when you do your best thinking—home, a coffee shop, late at night when the world is quiet. Life should feel like life, not a schedule you're escaping. We built it that way on purpose.
The Opportunity
This is a role you step into and build. You'll own the marketing strategy for our clients and for Pillar itself, working closely with leadership and a talented team. You bring the experience, you shape the direction, and you raise the standard of the work.
