2025
IMPACT
REPORT
Helping faith-based organizations grow revenue, fill rooms, and multiply ministry.
A Letter from our Founder
2025 was a year of radical growth And not just in the ways data can reflect.
We had the opportunity to launch an amazing book, reimagine communication standards, improve how we make data work for our clients, and immerse ourselves in new AI tools and practices. And that’s just the tip of the awesome-berg.
This year, we grew our client base by 40% and gave out 24 clients gift books to wrap up the year. Along the way, we earned some industry awards for our work, helped clients receive recognition in their own fields, and even celebrated one client landing at number 223 on the 2025 Inc 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing companies.
STEPHANIE SMITH
CEO, INSPIRATION TRAVEL
We supported churches, faith-based nonprofits, local street ministries, and community prayer movements that saw measurable growth in both audience and engagement. Our business clients saw a combined $21M in trackable revenue from Pillar strategies and creative, with an average year-over-year increase of 8.1%.
Our staff also donated over 140 combined hours to world-improving initiatives and to mentoring the next generation of talented entrepreneurs, artists, and creatives. Along the way, we grew our skillsets, earning new industry certifications and degrees, all while flexing new muscles to better serve our clients.
Overall, it’s been a remarkable year. I can’t imagine working with a better team or serving more outstanding clients.
Praise God!

We believe clarity creates confidence, strategy fuels growth, and storytelling sparks generosity.
Our clients are more than contracts—they’re co-laborers in Kingdom work. We specialize in moving Christian audiences, whether it’s serving enterprise-scale organizations or mid-sized, growing ministries that are often overlooked by traditional agencies. Each one carries big dreams and a deep calling. We get in the trenches with them, believing wholeheartedly in what they’re building and doing everything we can to help it become all it’s meant to be—and more.

We believe in staying connected to our local community because meaningful impact starts close to home. To prove that passion, we encourage our team to take time away from their desks and to-do lists to participate in world-changing initiatives. We make it even more real by giving each person 40 hours of paid time per year for volunteer opportunities.
This year was our most impactful year ever. The Pillar team served across a wide range of projects—from disaster relief efforts during the LA fires and a field trip for special needs adults to food pantry service, work at a horse therapy ranch, city projects through a local church, and serving at youth camps.

VENDOR ALIGNMENT & ACCOUNTABILITY
Stewardship is a core value of ours—spiritually, operationally, and environmentally. While much of our work lives in digital spaces, we also create high-quality print materials that support giving campaigns and ministry communication.
To do so, we partner with vetted, local vendors who align with our values. Many of our preferred print and creative vendors demonstrate a strong commitment to sustainability, ethical production practices, and trusted brand representation.
We partner exclusively with G7-certified printers to ensure unmatched color consistency and exceptional quality across every project—supporting client brand integrity without compromise. We also prioritize vendors who utilize recycled materials, low-VOC inks, and energy-efficient operations, reinforcing our commitment to support responsible, high-standard production.
